Choice of chemotherapy regimen for early HER2-positive breast cancer in elderly patients %K %X Over the last four decades demographic transition has increased significantly the number of elderly individuals in industrialized societies. For oncologists, this has translated into an increasing number of elderly patients in daily practice. Today, in certain countries, up to 50% of new breast cancer cases are diagnosed in women 65 or older (1).
